Position Overview

We seek a Marketing Analyst to help build the next generation of analytical solutions for our Marketing and Sales teams. We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter with a wide variety of technical skills and the ability to transform large data sets into practical insights, stories, and recommendations. 

In this role, you will be responsible for measuring and optimizing marketing campaign effectiveness, finding insights via data exploration, and creating presentations to share those findings with the Marketing and Sales Teams. Your role as Marketing Analyst aims to help our Sales Team acquire new customers, enhance retention and improve customer success and relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team with analytics and customer insights

  • Empowering the marketing team with insights that inform and fulfill strategic objectives and goals

  • Responsible for business analytics work through all phases, including data quality, data analysis, data visualization, and presentation of results and deliverables

  • Collect, analyze and interpret customer data, advertising performance, and website performance data

  • Suggest and develop marketing campaigns to increase the effectiveness of advertising and website performance

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Not required)

  • Minimum one-year marketing analyst experience in a structured marketing environment.

  • Ability to communicate results of analyses in a clear and effective manner.

  • Can take a project from start to finish with minimal direction.

  • Proficient with Google Analytics, AdSense, and other marketing analytic platforms.

  • Ability to develop compelling data visualizations

  • Strong understanding of Web Analytics and Search Engine Optimization

  • Adapt and help create marketing strategies based on analytical findings

  • Proactive work style and creative problem solver who can handle multiple projects

Technical Environment

  • Windows 10/11 or MacOS

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Tableau
